Hofner Congress

I bought a Hofner Congress this morning from a busker. He doesnt know anything about the history of the guitar so I tried looking up the serial number online but I couldnt find anything. Is there anybody here who may be able to help me shed some light on this mystery gem?

The headstocks seem to differ a bit from year to year, so that will narrow down your search a bit.
