Help with strange buzz under the saddle?

Hey guys,

My brother just bought a second hand Ibanez Artwood acoustic electric. It comes with a fishman "sonicore" undersaddle pickup. He took off all the strings to clean her up. I looked at the saddle, then put it back. Now when tuning up, on the d string, the string has a really weird buzz - not fret buz, but a metallic buzz - coming from the bridge/saddle area. Im thinking we may have unsettled the undersaddle piezo? Is this possible?

Any help would be appreciated!

Actually it's fret buzz - will have to adjust that
