Maybe I didn't say it properly, but when I said the volume pedal is down, I meant off. Now that I think about it, its prob the other way round? :-\
? Pedal down (mechanical) is volume up (electrical) and vice versa. Fun
and confusing! Usually you're talking about the electrical function, so you were right - down is lower volume.
So if your volume pedal is before the delay, when it is "off" (up/down - whatever ??? ) there won't be any signal going to the delay, correct?
Correct.
I want to use it to control the overall volume, kinda like a master volume.
It still does that if used in front of the delay, it just takes the length of the delay time to change the volume of the echoes, which is more natural sounding (especially when using for volume swells) than changing the volume of dry and echoes together.
Have I lost the plot here?
Yes. It was repossessed due to non-payment of debt.
Was there ever a plot?
Yes. It's now been subdivided into four smaller erven, each with their own luxury compact house, comfortably close to the 8 hole Golf course, shops, schools and other amenities.
What's my name????? ???
