I recorded a song on my pc, and used reason for drums, and i also did the vocals and everything myself.

I think it's a great start but the vocals are lacking energy. If this was recorded with consideration for your neighbors, I understand but try and go all out next time.

Is this your first song you have recorded?

TRy putting your guitar amplifier at a lower volume, to get better sounding distortion.
Also try different mic placement, sounds a bit muddy, which mic did you use? .....a SM58 ?

assign each instrument to their frequency range, vocals,guitar bass,drums. with useing very little EQ.

But other than that it sounds great.

Go check out this band they also did something similar with reason and cubase

I recorded with a cheap ass mic that i got from a friend. dont even know what mis it is, and its the first song i recorded. me and a friend also did sort of the same thing, but we recorded a few songs.
