Hiya
Some stoopit questions , picked up an amp stand today and played around a lil bit an it makes a fair difference on an Orange Tiny Terror Combo. its the tiltable stands so the amp is at an angle of 20 degrees but this is adjustable.
some questions :
1. if playing in a room i believe amp stands project more , is this true? what if you were on a stage in this enviroment would it then still be effective?
2. same question as above but in an open air enviroment on a stage of sorts.
Any other info ,thoughts ,notes.
Thanks in advance

They project in the right direction, ie not at your ankles.
I love mine. I hear myself so much better because the right frequencies are coming to my ears and not away from me.

I own one but it has never been out of my room so far :-[

I use my stand with my Cube 60 right next to me, so as to access the eq, effects, reverb, delay and amp models easily between numbers. Use a foot switch to change between the clean and the lead channels whilst playing. Monitoring is right next to me and the line out feeds to the PA for FOH mix. Works for me.
