Look for any numbers on them, usually like 500kA or 250kB.
I want to change the "6-Saddle Strings-Thru-Body Tele Bridge" which I understand is chrome plated for a steel bridge and saddles.
How do I know if the bridge will line up with string holes?
Most teles are standardised but usually bridges are spec'd with regard to string spacing. I'm not sure what steel bridge you're referring to though.
Should I consider looking at the truss rod?
No.
Gonna keep the ducan designed p90 pups - maybe change them later.
Have read that the coiling might be wound to tight? what's your take on this
Who ever told you that, ignore anything else that they have to say. Typically a tight wind reduces microphones and makes for a slighter hotter pup due to the wire thinning very slightly
