+1. That's the important thing. If you like it and are willing to spend the money upgrading the few things you don't like, there is every reason to upgrade. On paper it may look silly spending more on upgrades than on a guitar, but inexpensive guitars are sometimes far better than they need be and a few good upgrades can let them compete with "better" instruments. Just don't expect to make all your money back when you sell.
