I liked the previous one more, more melodic with more dynamics. However, Endgame has one of THE best heavy rhythm guitar tones and best productions I've heard. I'm actually listening to it right now, wondering how to make my guitars sound like that.

If only Marty was still there - Chris is talented for sure but Marty's feel and vibe just absolutely killed.

I dunno I'm not feeling it, it just gets into a great rhythm and then Dave pipes up and sings......his vocals have never done it for me.
The track does have a deff anthrax sound about it though..........

Nah I don't know about the anthrax sound. But I like daves vocals on it.

Not a huge fan of megadeth, but I have to give kudos where it's due........dave doing paranoid is one of my all time favs.

Marty > Chris ? Even though Chris is more technical... Just love Marty. Good album IMO. Didn't like the lyrics so much though. Awesome riffs.

I am also a die hard fan. I do however like there reload and load album good chill album. Oh and I thought slayers new album was good.

Now Slayer.............kudos to them for going for so long.....they never lost the plot.

(And it really was a phenomenally spectacular album, still in my all-time top 5 list.)
I actually missed the entire Marty-era Megadeth. Last album I listened to before United Abominations was So Far So Good So What. ('89 maybe?) But I don't like Friedman's style, what I heard on one of his solo albums. I don't think I missed much. ?
