These are my friends,

Squier Stagemaster HSS ; Squier Telecaster Custom II ; Cort AD830 Acoustic

So what do you guys think, any advice on what mods I can do to the squiers.

maybe new pups for the stagemaster - recommendations????
The tele has other pots (put in by previous owner) - how do I find out what they are?

Both guitars would do well with a pup upgrade. I'd recommend Toneriders for the single coils, maybe for the humbucker as well.

The P90s however are another story. Are those Duncan Designed pups in there now?

Theres a number of things you could do :

Pups are the obvious choice.

Change the saddles and nut to Graph-Tec, this will make the world of difference.

Check the pots, if theres some crappy things in there change them, especially with hot PUPS.

Are the tuners stable?

Hey Francis, thanks will check out the graph tec.

Tuner on the stagemaster never goes out of tune, which is pretty cool, fine tuners on the bridge makes life easier also.
Can't say much for the tele tuners, cause I got 11's on and from what I have heard 11's stay in tune longer that thinner strings so I
will have to check it out after I put some 9's on.
