Ableton Live Lite + Focusrite - Latency Issues

Hi

I recently bought the Focusrite Saffire Pro 24 audio interface. With the purchase I got Ableton Live Lite 8. I am struggling getting the latency below 20 ms and have played around with buffer sizes etc.

Any ideas on how to further reduce the latency?

Any help is much appreciated.

Are you running it with OSX or Windows? Computer specs?

Have you tried downloading the latest drivers from the Focusrite website (Mix Control 2.2, Drivers v3.5.3):

One user on KVR has reported a latency of 9ms at 44.1 and 4ms at 96kHz, which is not that low, but a lot lower than you're experiencing.
