Can,t wait for Neil Young's new offering " Le Noise". All I know it is a solo album and he has previewed some of the new material live on his current Twisted Road Tour.

yet I somehow fail to get exited by some of his "electric" albums... :-[

I have a bit of guilt or conflict or something about Neil Young. I don't begrudge an artist the right to develop and to add colours to their palette, but it does seem to me that Young actually has quite a narrow range in which he can really deliver. I think his failures are brave, but failures still. He doesn't seem to have a good instinct for what he can really do effectively. He's quite limited, but within those limits he's magnificent. When he delivers he REALLY delivers.
