I built this back when I was in Standard 8 as a school project, the rest of the people were building telephone tables and I convinced the teacher that If I built a project that included all the joints in order to be marker, could I build this. He said yes.
Originally I built the neck as well, I had never done anything like this before and while the body came out perfect, the neck/ fretboard and headstock came out sucky. I recently bought a KKV neck off Ebay and had the guitar set up with barry at Music Mate in Pta East. The guitar is made from 6 slabs of Canadian maple and I had a automotive painter finish it off for me. That was 15-16 years ago and the finish is still perfect.

Very fast guitar to play, it has a single schaller humbucker (bridge) and a schaller fixed brige and gotoh tuners..........this is a metal guitar I don't hide the fact.
I have 2 amps 15watt fender backstage amp and a Marshall Haze15 set up. Got a MT-2 and a Zoom 505II for mucking around on............
