Hello all
Just decided to try out my camera and do a cover of Pinball Map by In Flames. First time i've recorded a cover. My favorite band and one of my favorite songs. I havn't been playing for too long, about a year and 8 months so yeah its rather sloppy and the solo is far from perfect and timing is way out. And yeah i covered a mistake or two by switching the view point because i was just too lazy to do it again hehe. Anyways was fun, constructive criticism always welcome. I'll be doing some more In Flames covers in the future its keeping me motivated. My twin brother also plays so should be doing some dual guitar stuff too, with a backing track rather than actual song, this was just a trial run.
Enjoy and excuse the big hair, was out in the wind earlier that day ?
Oh the setup i'm playing on is an Ibanez S520ex, with a dimarzio D-Sonic in the bridge and a Liqui-fire in the neck, through my trusty cube 60.

You make it look so easy....

Good stuff. < 2 yrs playing? Hand positions look very relaxed which is always the trick early on.
Clayman = favourite In Flames album, soo good.

Thanks guys. I practise anywhere from 1 hour to 3 or 4 hours a day. I've pretty much got gyroscope down at the moment, been learning other songs like crawl through knives, trigger, sleepless again etc. but need to finish them off. Also just got a line 6 ux-1 so i can actually do some more decent recording ? , so more soon.
