Is this a decent mic for recording acoustic guitar and voice?

A very bright mic by all accounts, but at that price with shockmount and carry case, it's a great bargain. Better than nothing.

BTW I'm using the new SM-27 and I'm very impressed with it (Although a little more pricey than the 992 at about R 5200.00 ex VAT).
