...So I got the head and cab,but on the back of the head is a little switch thingy
That says V.A.C. And then 220 or 230...
What is that, one what should I put it....
And the shop didn't supply a power cable,do I just use a "kettle cored"?
And the cab is a 2x12...but it is a 16ohm(is that write?)
And what's HT fuses?
Thanx a lot

230V is best for local power. A normal kettle cord is fine. Also remember to use speaker cable, not guitar cable to link head and cab.
The cabinet impedance can be 4, 8 or 16 ohm, depending on speaker impedance and how they are wired - the important thing is that the cab impedance match the amp impedance.
The HT fuse is the fuse used on the power valves. In the event of a power tube failure this fuse blows, isolating the damage. Usually a normal or fast blow type as opposed to the slow blow you would use for mains fuse.
