Best documented live guitar solo...

Okay, what's the best in you opinion...? Rules - has to be live, has to be documented, & pref somewhere on Youtube so we can all see and learn. Looking for taste, class, skill and downright 'DAMN THAT WAS HOT' factor here... Me? Steve Lukather, Toto Live in Amsterdam, 'Hold the Line'

Perhaps something a little different, with less fretboard wizardry and more attitude?

Greatest? Maybe not, but the greatest version of Icky Thump's solo IMO. ? And the riffing is killer! And I like it...so there!

Tokai SA wrote I'll go with Pink Floyd and Comfortably Numb, "Pulse".

I can listen to that over and over and get lost in the feeling and emotion. Definitely my favourite as well.

Interesting...If I'd posted about the White Stripes on TGP a war of for and against Jack White would have erupted. Ah, GFSA is a much friendlier place! ?

Gotta agree. Love that solo!

Not the flashiest, nor the most technical, But the way Jimmy Page builds up this solo to the climax is almost spiritual ?

I know this is the most played song, and even in "Wayne's World" it was forbidden but at around 06:08 when Jimmy lets rip it';s pure magic

Jack White - love him or hate him but you just can't ignore him. Personally I dig him IMO one of the most interesting artist since Hendrix.
