Too true that. I get attacks of "let's just pack it all in, what's it all for anyway" etc. etc. (very dramatic HAHA) and five minutes later realize there's nothing I'd rather be doing for fun.
These days when I hit a wall I just run through exercises instead of packing it in for a few months/years like I used to do.
@Conrad - also very true about humility. If you can't afford to fail, you can't afford to learn anything new. I've found something as difficult as guitaring is enough to make anyone discover their humble side ...eventually.
