Im looking into getting a brand new rg350(w) in the next 3 or 4 weeks and I want to upgrade the pickups for some better sound.
The styles I play are mainly hard rock, metal and blues, which pickups or pickup set would you recommend me installing?

Check out the sites and do a bit of homework on what certain pickups are said to sound like. It took me quite a while to figure out exactly which Dimarzios would suit my stlye of playing but eventually settled on something and I'm stoked. Definately better than just slapping something in your guitars and not being happy with it.
I reckon you do some research and try and figure out what sounds YOU like and take it from there. Think of your fav players sounds and maybe work from there.

when buying emg's it wont be a problem but be sure to by the floyed rose version of which ever pick up you are after because the string spacing is wider and the pick up pole pieces need to sit perfectly under the strings

Hi Esias, I'm a bit lost here...........you say you are buying a brand new guitar...? and you already wanna upgrade the PUPs? Why not just get the guitar WITH the pups closest to the sound/ style/ tone you are trying to get?
I'm sure the guys will give you awesome advice on what's cool and what's not on a guitar that you already have, and then wanna change/ upgrade.
Or am I missing something?

I'm guessing that guitar comes with Ibanez no-name brand pups, not a bad idea replacing them. Although they don't sound *as* bad as you'd think.
All three those brands are fine. It matters more which specific model within each manufacturer, as pointed out already. DiMarzio's site has a "pickup selector" tool, pretty handy as a rough starting point.

Don't change your pickups until you know how you'd like to change the tone.

The problem I have found whilst playing it is that the bridge and neck pups are a bit...uhm... "under-powered",and that the middle pup has a slight buzz.I'm getting this guitar for a sweet deal and the upgrade will only cost me a few bucks extra and I'm saving much more than that from the start, so why not?lol.
I'm thinking about putting in the dimarzio evolution in the bridge(dp159), and neck(dp158), and maybe an air norton or air norton s in the middle?

oh, and the stock pups are the ibanez infinity set.
