This is my Peavey T60 and according to the serial number was built in 1979.
It has 2 humbuckers that can be split into single coil by adjusting the tone controls
It also has a phase switch that will put the bridge pickup out of phase if you have both pickups selected.
The body is Ash with a maple neck.
It's a very well made guitar and is very solid (and it weighs a ton!)
Tone wise- it's a bit of a nightmare to find a tone that I like, it's not Fender or even Gibson, although you can get some similar sounds when fiddling with all the combinations.
My dream is still to get a Strat or a Tele, I think the sound I am hearing in my head is Gilmour (Shine on you crazy diamond) and early Knopfler
I used it for the weekly comp and I hadn't seen if for a couple of months and decided to take a picture ?
