OK. It is 1 O'clock in the morning here.
I've been redesigning my web site since about 7 this morning when I woke up. OK, I had a pizza for dinner and watched the Rugby. (What a shite game!). For the rest of the time I've been working on this web site.
The worst part is that when it comes to the uploading I get timed out all the time. Even uploading a 250 byte button times out. Well, TIA (This Is Africa)
At times I've been taking some listens to some of the songs I got from long back and came to the conclusion that you guys do not give me enough credit for the genius I am (or at least was).
One gem I found was this
Love Songs.
I recorded it in 2003. At the time I had very basic equipment. An onboard realtek soundcard with a Sure C10 microphone and a Hondo guitar that cost about R400. OK I had a stratocaster as well. For synths I had sampletank 1 demo. Yup. That was about it. Sonar was at 3.02 and had this, what we thought at the time, great synth called Virtual Sound Canvas with Session Drummer that created some basic drum patterns.
Listening to it now, for what I had, the results were actually not bad at all.
OK, ok, this is a guitar site. Yes, it's got guitar solos.
