Must say, I prefer the threads that list the specific items that will be on sale. I don't particularly find much value in the ones that just announce the general sales.

I think the TOMS sale is at both Braamies and Sandton branches..........I saw some flyers in the shop on Monday.

I wish I knew what was going to be on sale becasue getting there is like a bit of a nagmaal excursion from out east.

IIRC from the last one , normally most of the stuff is on sale.

If Sandton branch is also having the sale , you should rather go there . Much more stuff there and also , Its 'safer' to carry your newfound gear to your car ? .

Exactly why I'm not going to the Bothner's sale. >☹ IMO, these shops also lose out on selling their specials to other parts of the country when they don't give out the details.

Where is the Toms Sandton branch located precisely?

It's on Katherine Street, directly opposite Alexander Forbes.

If you're coming off the M1, you would take Grayston Drive off-ramp, turn left into Katherine and go all the way up. You pass about 3 sets of robots and Toms is on your left hand side just before you get to Rivonia Road / Sandton Drive intersection.

Usually most of the stuff in the shop has a good price the last 3 times I was there.

called the sandton store and their sale is only end of aug or sep for 1st birthday or something.

I don't think they want the admin of selling to other parts of the country. I know with Coastal music their prices are so ridiculous and people wait the whole year for this sale and pretty much everything goes in the first 4 hours.

It seems like everyone is having a sale this weekend...
