Hmmm. You might love Diablo Swing Orchestra then... Kind of prog metal swing with operatic vocals and odd forays into all kinds of other music (flamenco, jazz, et.al.) thrown in.

You might also like the original avant-metal band: Mr Bungle. Best described as heavy metal circus music. ? Led by the talented Mike Patton (ex Faith No More). Vocals are not operatic, but Patton has a ridiculous range and uses it.
