The pedalboard was about an hours work, measures 600mm x 350mm x 85/35mm (Rear height, front height)
Still to do, but couldn’t because of the lovely constant rain this weekend:
Paint – flat black all round!
And then Velcro on top.. damn expensive stuff that when its already adhesive backed ?
Making a hard case for it this coming weekend which will be black tolex lined, and foamed on the inside.
As mentioned elsewhere, I wouldn’t mind getting a dedicated tape delay, something like the Strymon El Capistan or the Catalinbread Echorec, but I gotta listen to more samples first.. maybe even a Strymon brigadier instead, but that’s for one day, not for now!
In terms of price though, the Catalinbread is winning! By a long shot!
Signal goes like this:
Strat -> Craig Amps Shoe Shyne Buffer -> Korg Pitchblack Poly -> Craig Amps Zirconia -> Craig Amps Ragnarök -> Vox 847A Wah -> Albion TCT35H Input.
Effects loop send -> TC Electronic Flashback -> Strymon Flint -> Boss RC3 Looper -> Effects loop return.
Extra pedals:
Craig Amps A/B -> Albion Channel Switcher
Craig Amps 1/2 -> Boss RC3 Controller (Smaller, nicer Boss FS6 type pedal)
Line 6 Ex1 -> Strymon Flint expression pedal – controls tremolo speed.
As soon as Benj (Bottledtone – Craigamps) gets a smaller “standard pedal size” expression pedal done, I’ll be getting one of those to replace the EX1.
This is powered by a Cioks DC-8 power supply, running off a Samson PB10 Power conditioner!
To neaten up my wiring, I’ll be getting some techflex to put cable runs into!
