Hi guys just wanted to start this thread so that everyone can see each others pedalboard. So here is mine pretty simple just a Boss ME-50 & i am going 2...

Simple and Compact was my aim.... I decided tap dancing was not my thing.... So now mostly I use the amp overdrive (by cranking it) and occasionally hitting fuzz, or reverb.
I only use delays on specific events, and I find they sound great with my Jet City amp, as opposed to my Carmen Ghia which is great with fuzz.

I really like the fact I can just grab this tiny board and go wherever... and not be intimidated by it. But now I have to fit a damn ABY box on it ☹

NICE board MIKA! (and amps ? )

I tried to go simple (just wanted wah and a ts808) but I got infected with GAS.
So what I have done is build up a large collection and use them all for a while and find out what works for me and what I am just not creative enough to use, then sell off some. thats the plan...

So i just got 3 new additions (of which 1 is in the process of getting sent back because it was faulty ☹ KEELEY ) and i had to re-arrange 200 times to get them all to fit BUT I HAVE SUCCEEDED!

HAVE A LOOK AT HOW IT CURRENTLY STANDS (bear in mind I play a fair amount of different styles from blues to hard rock)

Woah!!! thatsa big board.... my feet would get dizzy.... Sucks that you had to send the keeley back, thats not often a problem brand :/
you have so many drives...... and od's.......

yeh its a fair amount of tap dancing ? Although certain pedals just remain engaged, namely the comp and verb.

I am a "drive" kinda player, just added some effects to vary my playing style and experiment. I really enjoy trying to get creative using pedals...I watched a band here in SA that really inspired me and MUSE has a lot to do with me trying to utilize effects.

Beleive it or not I DO use them all, usually I remove the whammy4 and add my route 66 for another TS808 clone and run that at a different drive setting. THen I very often cascade 2 OD's to get my tone.

The Crunch Box is rarely used....just when I play harder styles.

then theres another fuzz that theres just no place for, otherwise it would be there! ? ?

Ok so finally I am posting my Pedal Board for you guys to have a look at!!!! ?

Quite stoked about it, the only thing is there are a few more pedals that I have and that I would like to add but i need to get a bigger board but for now this works and works flippin well.

Keen to hear your thoughts...

Removed the Crybaby and my Big Muff, still need to neaten up the wiring etc

Edited: Thinking of keeping the wah on.. so may make a new board. I usually put the wah after the tuner before the overdrives, is that correct?

A Stagg pedalboard , 690 x 300mm , now sold in the local shops , for about R700 retail.
Not very robust , but does the job adequately, with a bit of care taken in the handling dept.
There is also a smaller one available : 490 x 300mm for less money

Updated Pedalboard.

The Ultimate Drive, Crunch Distortion and Nova Delay are new. Replacing the Guv'Nor and DD20.

Very nice teleplayer. Just one thing, do you really use those low "tone" tweeks on the FD2 and Crunch Distortion? If so, what are the reasons?

I run my FD2 on comp-cut, so the tone actually becomes more of a treble/presence boost. so having it in that position doesn't roll off any highs or boost any lows. I had always found the comp cut too harsh and bright until i was told that, now it's the only setting I use on the pedal. With regards to the Crunch Distortion, I put that down to fatten up the distortion sound, I'm using a tele, so when it's on the bridge pickup, even with my tone slightly rolled down it needs 'balls', i find on that setting i get that HUGE Marshall wall of sound.

Very interesting. I use a Parker p36 (Tele pickups) also into a Vox ac30. Mine is the cc1. So I also had the same problem that the treble was too overwhelming. I use my dist/fuzz as a booster over my Blue Boy in solo's as well so rolling down the tone knob wouldn't do. I then turned to the "tone cut" knob on the ac30, worked wonders! I have it up half-way and then the tone knob on my BB at about 75% (to compensate for the tone-cut) and the tone on distortion at about halfway. Works nicely for the bigger distortion.

You'll notice that the amp is now integrated in the pedalboard. No long cabels to suck my tone! It really is convenient... ?

HECTIC change! Im curious as to what you have up your sleeve...surely you cant be that happy with the tone from a REC to the roland..

I couldn't help myself... ? My brand new amp is in for a checkup so I had to get something together quickly because I can't miss out on band practices. It's important to keep the momentum going. This was the quickest fix. I'm lining the Micro Cube out to the desk and headphone distribution amp to in-ears. The MCube is powered by the pedalboard as if it's just another pedal, lol! We record our practices and ideas regularly and some of the tones are surprisingly usable. ?

I just had to post pics because it puts a smile on my face.

What you talking about, the roland has a "REC" setting.. Same same!
