Simply enlarge the outer two holes for the anchors (10mm IIRC - but double-check rather than trust my memory). The reason for the extended blade on the treble side is so that it retrofits easily on to US, Mex and Asian size guitars. ?
Otherwise, just lay a straight edge down the middle of the neck to check where the centre of the bridge (Between the 3rd and 4th saddles) should be, as I've run across some guitars (those with vintage spaced bridges IIRC) where using the standard outer post positions results in the Low E being a little closer to the edge of the board than I like.
