You need to look at the specs and compare them, yes the first 4 outlets on the pedal are the same between both pedals, but there after they are different.
TC10
Outlet 5-6: 12V DC / 300mA each
Outlet 7-8: 9 and 12V DC / 300mA
Outlet 9-10: 9 and 12V DC / 400mA
DC10
Outlet 5-6: 9 or 12V DC / 200mA each*
Outlet 7-8: 9 and 12V DC / 400mA
Outlet 9-10: 9 and 12 or 15V DC / 400mA
* can be merged into a 400mA section
The DC10 has 3 sections at 400mA (5+6 can be combined to be 400mA), the TC10 only has a single 400mA section, but 3 sections at 300mA each. In most cases either will do, but my case, or the case with any pedal that requires a higher current draw, for example, many digital pedals, like the Eventide's, need 400mA, so on a DC10 you can power up to 3 Eventide's, on the TC10 you can only do 1.
Likewise on the DC you can power 3 TC pedals, but on the TC you can power 4, one more than the DC10, and both still have AMPLE for your typical 9volt pedals (Output 1-4 on each have an isolated output @ 100A each, if you read back some you will see a pedal like a Tubescreamer only uses 7,5mA when active, so you can power 12 off ONE of the 4 outputs, or 48 Tubescreamers in total in addition to the other outputs!!!)
The DC 10 also has a 15V tap, so it can power things like a Radial Tonebone etc, which the TC doesn't have.
There are pros and cons to each, but if you plan on using the TC pedals and buying more, the TC10 makes more sense, if you only want one or 2 TC pedals, might use a Tonebone or add an Eventide, then the DC10 is a better route.
Hope that all makes sense?
Cheers

MATTA - would it not be better just to buy the TC10 instead of the DC10 as it seems pretty much can do the same except more 12v than the DC10?
So someone in my shoes who has 9v pedals and 1 TC nova delay would maybe just get the TC10 so if in future i get more 12v pedals im still sorted?
