Heya Guys,

My Name is Tyrone, from Alberton (yeah the dirrty south)... been playing for about four years now..
Music and Guitars are both an addiction and a passion and have become a huge part of my life now.

I only play the guitar at them moment, looking to move onto piano soon.. My playing styles vary from
thrash metal to heavy metal to blues to jazz, i also play alot of acoustic stuff.. i have not reali limited myself
a specific style.., jus trying to learn as much as i can about everything i can..

Since i Found this Forum, its been great, i have spent hours reading through and skilling up
and leveraging off peoples advice, and come into contact with some exceptional peope..

        Four years - 10 guitars, four amps and 9 effects. Do you by any chance suffer from the odd bout of GAS (Gear/Guitar Acquisition Syndrome)? ? Don't worry, You'll fit right in.

        Images are easy:

              Riaan, Frtiz.. Thanks Guys.. yeah lots of blood sweat and slave labour,
              went into the collection over d last four years, all that reali is eluding me,
              is a Gibson Original, as well as a Fender (Ideally i wud like the John Mayer
              Signiture), n perhaps mayb a Taylor, Jus to round off the Collection.. but
              at this rate its becoming incredibly hard curb the GAS.... ?

                Unfortunately once you get bitten, GAS never sleeps...
                  In advanced stages GAS goes over to VOMIT...victim of musical instrument technology. A few of those on this forum too ?

                      bwahahaha... clearly.. from wot i have read and checked out ur book.. that may well be the
                      case.. i hope to move to migrate to vomit soon.. cept my knowledge is somewhat limited at

                      so much to the case where i tried to setup my floyd rose on my ibanez n i failed.. epically..
                      its too tricky and i cant find any decent tutorials or info online anywhere.. n i was forced to
                      take it in to get setup.. u guys have any goo tutorials on how to set up a floyd rose,specically
                      the edge III tremolo...?? n more importantly hw to tune it??

                          Don't rush it, you'll get there. Trust me. Early stages are when you start lusting after recording gear with names like Neumann, Avalon, SSL, etc..

                            lawl there is def no rush.. i just know that it will get to that stage at some
                            point.. i am becoming rather curious with the stuff that hugh manson is doing
                            with the chaos pads built into the guitars, matthew bellamy (Muse) uses his guitars
                            and they are absolutly fasinating...
