as for putting the snakeskin on there.. I've done tons of reading on different finishin techniques and found this one which i thought i would try.
Basically its a material finish applied using mod podge (water based acrylic).
Works quite well and im told it doesnt olour the tone much either. Time will tell. If itends up all bollocksed up I have no issues staring all over again so interesting little project for me.
Trick here is to get decent quality fabric. Im told its the same method using real snakeskin (as per Washburns new N4). Im not inclined to do that though, I prefer seeing snakeskin on snakes.
