I'm trying to transfer money into a personal account - where you use the person's e-mail address. It won't let me ... And the help doesn't work - at all. And my card has been freshly checked etc. And the Help and Contact Us are not working. They time-out. ???

I know there is some sort of limit on the amount of money you can transfer using Paypal. I'm not sure but I think we as Saffers are not allowed to spend more than R3000.
But I might be wrong... ?

I only want to pay about R1300 thereabouts - £118 - seems the problem is with paying into private accounts ... Anyway ... Seems like its going to have to be a moneygram.

By the way they debitted me R7.59 and then R14.81 - for nothing. I got no service for this. I wasn't able to transfer the money and you cannot speak to anyone - 'Help' and 'Contact us' simply does not work. I'm really p-ed off about this- I prefer choosing who I give tips to for pasella!
