Thanks for the clarification. I can only see what is in my in-box. I saw the message, clearly intended to promote the album, and wondered if it was to me or to everybody. No way to know and thus I asked the question.
The concern is for GFSA as a whole. If one person, no matter who it is, mass PMs the membership then before long it will happen again and again and GFSA will get a reputation as a spam-friendly forum and a lot of people could get peed off and leave.
Clearly Peter was very selective with his PMs and clearly he was not spamming.
