Indeed exciting times for South Africa, I got 'gees'!
Before the end of this world cup, I am going to beat someone with a Vuvuzela.
dee, dude I hear you! I know that one should accept the vuvuzella as part of the festival and 'gees'.
This is what happened to me:
Our company bought Official match shirts for everyone. We booked a table for 30 people at Dros.
We had a chat to the manager when we made the booking and he said it is a Vuvuzela free zone.
In the second half these 2 idiots started blowing the vuvuzellas at each other across the bar. Seeing who is the loudest.
This was in the non smoking section of Dros. It really spoiled the game, because you could not hear a darn thing.
It was pissing everyone off, so one guy in our group walked up to the one prick and asked him nicely not to blow the vuvuzella until after the game.
As my friend walked away, he just started blowing it again at him. Needless to say my friend is 6ft tall, 142kg's and 4 brandies strong.
He "gently" removed the guy from the bar and placed him on his ass outside.
When he walked back into the bar people applauded him.
I still think it was unnecessary for this to happen. We had such a good time and was in the spirit of things.
I really home SA do well, the entire SA is behind them!!!
