This is completely separate to the other competitions and things we run here. It's just something that I thought of now that I reckon would be cool.
Record your own version of the national anthem in your own style. You can do anything you want. Metal, country, jazz, fusion, acoustic, classical, bass-only, weedly-weedly, whatever! Any number of tracks, as long as you want, etc.
Just imagine you're about to play in front of the whole wide world (or maybe at your local pub, if you prefer ?) right before the soccer final. This is your chance to show the world what YOU sound like when you play the national anthem.
Up for grabs is 12 packs of strings of your choice. (One for each month ?) I'm sponsoring this myself unless one of our usual sponsors (Music Madness, Bothners, Marshall's) want to help us out ? *hint hint nudge nudge*

You had better specify which strings are possibly up for grabs!
If someone wins they will want some weird strings crafted from albino mountain lion gut and twisted with human hair from Nepal. You might have import duty issues... ?
