Other than the 1st fret, the "Dali" fret shapes in the left guitar are different to those in the right ...
I have absolutely no idea what that means.
I rate Bob has the right idea here, they're either different temperaments or it's cause the right one is acoustic and the left one is electric but specifically a strat so scale length should be 25 1/2" so the "dali" frets I guess shouldn't be identical.

In a nutshell the whole "equal" vs. "true" temperament argument is not as cut and dried as it looks.
That is true, I just thought that this might be an interesting article ?

I looked into them a while ago. They are good in theory, but I don't think the minor improvements in intonation over intonated nuts will swing enough players over to them - especially given the huge downsides of price (I specced a neck from them and ended up at over $800 with no idea on the quality of the wood or things like the neck profiling) and maintenance (you know what your luthier is going to say when you take it in for a refret in a few year's time?). Yes Vai has one and IA has one, but I doubt they would have them if they had to pay for them and doubt the company will still be around when it comes to refret time. After all, most players can't hear the intonation issues in a standard neck, and even fewer folk in the audience can.
They probably won't be a big hit, more likely to be an optional thing that some boutique brands will offer. As for the neck wood grading etc, I did notice they didn't specify but lets just be hopeful and assume that because a couple of very high end brands now use them that they'd have learnt a thing or two about wood by now. According to the company though they're just like normal frets to recrown etc but will take a while longer to do (I'm still sure most luthiers will look at them and go WTF?) to refret one would have to send it back to TT.
As for intonated nuts, I'm very excited that Earvana are going to be releasing a compensated Floyd Rose nut soon ? gonna be around about R500...

Best thing I saw written about them was something like:
Guitar by Leo Fender...
Pickups by Seymour Duncan...
Frets by Salvador Dali....
?
ROFL...To be honest though it's not the frets themselves that interest me the most (I think they're cool cause it's something new and I like seeing people try and push boundaries) it's this metal they make the frets out of, I find the idea of long lasting frets that aren't as bright as stainless steel quite interesting. I know Stainless Steel frets aren't necessarily that bad in terms of brightness but my hands/natural EQ or whatever tends to be very bright and I wouldn't wanna push it too far...
