Hey guys, new to this place, thought it would be a cool place to share and learn!
Also to get some advice.

I need to desperately upgrade my amp and get another guitar!
Looking to sell my ESP LTD KH203 and replace it with something around ~R3k even secondhand is cool!
I was looking at the Ibanez GRG220DEX

or To get a secondhand Jackson V

Also Need a New amp, I prefer Line 6! so im looking at the Spider IV 120W's
Any recomendations of where to go check, i stalk junkmail and gumtree!

I play a thing called an acoustic guitar. A big-ass wooden thing with (usually) a hole in the middle and cables for strings. So I can't be much help to you.

Id like to get an accoustic too ? See im 19 turning 20 and im working full time, had to buy all my gear myself, but iim milking the working thing till i study next year so i can have real kick ass gear, i definitely need an acoustic too so if you see any sweet deals let me know!

I love Ibanez, but I would not trade the KH203 for that specific Ibanez. Reason? Pickups!
Why not just upgrade your pups in the KH203?

I'm a fan of the Line6 range of products. The Spider IV are indeed a cool amp.
Make sure you really need a 120W amp. Also consider a valve amp ?

Well they have ESP EMG's in, no matter where i look there is no specific detail on them but it apparently emulates the actives of a EMG-Hz4. But thats not the point i want to sell it because it is floyd rose and so is my MH1000 and the kh203 is a bit impractical for me, i want my Mh1000 to stay in tuning and i want to freely tune my other guitar. I notice the ibanez is also floyd rose but it is a more practical shape. I like to play the Dropped C, or 1 step tunings, my Mh1000 is in standard but i want something that i can change on the go without taking 30mins to set up!

The kh203 plays very nicely tho!
Its going to be sad seeing it go...

I agree with inflames, make VERY sure you need a 120W amp, they are extremely loud. For playing with a drummer most 40 watt or more solid state amps or 20 watt and more valve amps will be fine. My recommendation is to look for a ~20 watt valve amp that you like. Anything bigger than that is wasted unless you live somewhere where you can crank it.

+1 to upgrading the guitar's pickups

Hmmm i might just, problem with the specific guitar is its very heavy and id prefer to have 1 guitar that i can jump between tunings with on the go!

I'm into metal and some rock... I play at home mostly, no gigs but next year mid year i should get started, going to start a band soon and also maybe jam with my friends band which would be awesome!! Been playing for about 4 and a bit years and im only waking up now and wanting to take it further! I love line 6 amps, and ESP guitars!
