Sorry for the late reply, I was in attendance at a wedding at Hartford House, near Mooi River, KZN.
What an incredible place, one of the top ten restuarants in RSA, I felt a little bit out of my league eating caramelized carrot soup with mint sauce sorbet(I'm more at home with a good burger ?. Quite interesting fusion of tastes, the pudding was vanilla ice cream with black pepper, with a chocolate and pepper wafer, strange enough it was good stuff.
The stud farm produces some of the Worlds best Racehorses, with exclusive deals with Dubai Racing and I was shocked at the price of these horses, between 4 and 9 million euros a piece, and they have 1200 on the farm!!
