There are some timing glitches and the tempo is variable. The song sounds quite difficult to sing actually because there are extra syllables in some lines and so it's difficult to get everything in. In terms of keeping in tune it's a good performance, but the timing.... try tapping your foot whilst playing, maintain a constant beat and tempo with the foot and let that be the "clock" for your playing.
