Help needed with a Survey

DonovanB

Hi all,
I need you to complete a survey I am running. It should be quick and easy.

http://www.mediaholic.co.za/survey.htm

Please only complete it once and be honest. Also if your other half is around get him/her to complete it too. The more the merrier.
*I only need SA opinions. If you are in Israel, or Uzbekistan, I'm sorry, I'm sure your opinion is cool, it just won't help me now. ?

You're going to lose a lot of entries by making household income compulsory. Also The "optional" email field is not optional. ?

Sean

It said "e-mail address optional" but would not allow me to submit without it ???

aah, Alan just covered it ?

That is a very important piece if info. Maybe I'll remove the name etc fields. I don't really care who in particular it is I just need the demographic info.

Thanks guys.

Edit: changes made. I really don't care who makes it but I do want to know what the different LSM's out there do online.

Don, I completed the survey and then got a whole bunch of errors. It told me I didn't fill in fields which I had filled in. It also didn't remember the values I entered (apart from plain-text fields). And when I clicked back, the values weren't there either.

Might I suggest: http://www.surveymonkey.com/

Thanks. They allow limited questions... I have 32 I need answered and I'm far too cheap to pay for this...

I tried on IE, Firefox and chrome and no errors. although I spotted a spelling mistake... :-\

Thanks for completing the survey those who have.
if you haven't yet, please do, it takes a short time and the data is very useful. I need as many of you to do it as possible.
