Not on this particular site, because I'm subscribed to the forums I want to keep an eye on, so get an email with new posts. I also check in regularly to see what is happening, so it's a bit redundant for me.
However, there are lots of sites I do keep RSS feeds linked in my Bookmarks folder in Firefox. It's a great way to get the latest topic headers or news headlines from a forum or site to keep an eye out to see if there's anything I want to visit the site for.
In short, for those that don't want to visit the site everyday, but still want to keep watch for topics that might interest them, it's a major advantage, and as such you should leave them there. It can bring people in to the site to check out a specific topic, who might not otherwise visit.
