Never ordered from them, because it's just their own brand of strings and I'm a bit set in my ways. Otherwise shipping is reasonable ($6 per order + 7% of value).
If you might want to buy a name brand in bulk, take a look at
http://www.juststrings.com/ . Good prices, but they have a flat rate of $40 for shipping, which means you need a sizeable order to make it worthwhile (and if you go too big for USPS, you end up going courier and the shipping cost jumps seriously). Also note that certain brands cannot be sold outside the US (notably Elixir).
I've found that if I'm ordering in bulk, I can usually make a deal with a local store to get very good prices that make buying locally more attractive. By the time you factor in shipping and VAT, the prices aren't that far apart and are worth paying just to avoid the aggro of shipping and duties. I often grab a box or two of Power Slinkys whenever Bothner's have one of their "3 for the price of 2" sales.
