That is insane! I will have to check my mail server and see what DNSBL is doing!

Keep in mind I was using DNSBL with Apache so each request was being checked against the BL. So that explains the http slow-down but I don't think DNSBL on smtp would affect http.

That makes much more sense, I assumed you meant mail accounts on the server. Yes DNSBL will hit you like a mother on HTTP requests.

Cable fixed but i still cant surf except with 3 G ..linked to this somehow and will trakc it down and sort it out.

Lean, I steer clear of hosting email. I think it's risky business ? I forward all emails on to Gmail or whatever other email the user prefers - as long as it's not on my server ?
