Went into Andy Mc Gibbons this morning, What impressed me was the large range of Tokai's in stock. They have a full range. Check out the Tokai Teles, awesome and really good instruments.

I was at Andy's this morning shmooozing their coffeee and wasting their time when they mentioned they have not 1 but 2 lefty les pauls by tokai. I resisted but then was placed in front of this huge marshall (bigger than my son) whcih was hellova intimidating with the ebony beauty of the 2 lefties...what an orgasmically brilliant guitar ...ito be honest i have no experience with gibsons but these tokais at 12 clip seem like excellent value and they play silky smooth .... now i just need 12 clip ....help.

i think one would need to go a long way an spend a lot of moolah to top those ....

now i am wired from all the coffee coarsing thru my veins

True stuff man. Bang for buck, Tokai is up there! I still regret not buying one of their cheap hollowbodies a while back. One of them at MC just spoke to me and sang for me ?

(I didn't raise this one from the dead ?)

Necro-posting on this thread is dangerous. Someone is sure to read back and start it all over again. :?

R12K sounds on the high side. That's before discount? I think the last time I popped into Bothners in Plumstead Cape Town, they were selling a few (not lefties) for just over R10K on the sticker. That was a couple of months ago.

depends on the model i guess....11990 after discount but left handed does command a higher price (welcome to the most discriminated against minority in the world) ..the right handed versions were a whisker over 10 ..i think if i remember these were ls95 models....

great guitars
