dale Hows it going!! I'm 23 and have been playing for about 8 years, mainly acoustic (due to low budget!), but I recently purchased a Mexican strat and its changed my life!! I am using a Roland Cube 30 amp.. so its not great amplification but its doing the trick for the time being.. I listen to a variety of music.. main influences being: smashing pumpkins, pink floyd, radiohead, zeppelin, talking heads etc.. Does anyone know where I can find a line 6 UX1 recording/soundcard in South Africa? can't seem to find it anywhere! Cheers..
singemonkey Yeah. Enjoy the place. Not knocking them or anything, they seem great, but Roland must be making a mint out of those cubes. ?
needleshy hey the dale, welcome to the forum, where do you stay? i have a UX1 that i am no longer using, if you are in cape town then you are welcome to come through and try it out. PM me details
