My thanks to all those who participated, and especially to Keira and Fingerpicker for making their own equipment available.

The GFSA good attitude was there in spades. Maureen and I had a good time and we hope that everybody else did as well.

Being from the sticks, Ilse and I underestimated the traffic in Joburg , for some strange reason I thought it would not be too bad for a Sunday afternoon. Anyway, got stuck in traffic and ended up missing Bob’s set >☹

Other than that, it was a great afternoon. Really enjoyed the performances and the workshop was fantastic.

The most unfortunate of circumstance led me to Pretoria late on Thursday night, missed work on Friday, and today looks like I'm going back to Pretoria... I cant say I am having fun / even if I'm getting free days off work!

I hope to join the next one.

Fingerpickers LV10KK is stunning ? I always wanted one, a KK with the Mucha Lady inlay in the headstock..

Well the first one (at Keira's) was fun and so was this one. However I have no plans for another X-Stock. I'm glad that we did this one and it went quite nicely and a good time was had by all, but if it happens again soon it won't be at Chateau X-Rated. I'll support another similar event, but I'm not planning to host another one.
