AlanRatcliffe What does it do (or not do)? My first thought is: does your version of Sonar LE support VST effects and is Amplitude a VST only effect?
AlanRatcliffe I'm using it successfully in my version: V7 Producer. What is it doing? Does it run in standalone mode?
CornFlakes V7 Producer? Im New in the whole recording game... ( what is a good music production program to use? ) It does work in standalone mode but when i want to record riffs in SONAR it does not pick up the VST for some reason.
sepheritoh Did you rescan for VST plug ins after you installed? In V7PE that would be on the tools / plugin manager menu.

AlanRatcliffe He uses LE Seph. Might be a VST/VST2 issue, I don't know enough about Amplitude to comment. I prefer Guitar Rig, Amplitude doesn't let me do a lot of things I want to do, but is simpler to use for many people.
Renesongs I was about to ask , if you've got guitar rig working in Sonar why are you bothering about Amplitube. I have used many Amp Sims over the tears, Amplitube was a my favourite for a while but by the time NI weighed in with GR2 Amplitube was history IMhO
