I doubt the formulation would be much different. "Only for wood" probably means it only comes in clear, while Glatex comes in solid colours too.
i see that you use a through neck, do you find it nicer to ply than a bolt on.
Its nicer to play in the upper registers, but it has a specific tone.
If you were to want a guitar built what would your specs be?
You offering? LOL! I have a full house (in fact I've culled in recent months), two of which I put together myself, the others so heavily modded I may as well have. They are all completely different and the only major thing I still have to do is defret one of them (although I'll probably end up with a custom fretless neck for it in the long run).
I have a few production models spec'ed out to fine detail, including a number of unique features unique to the range, but what I would build for myself would be quite different from a model I'd design for broad appeal.
