No - I don't any saak over duplicating threads, plectra are often the most under discussed aspect of guitar life I was just pointing out the irony of my continuous quest for the pick of destiny and every time I find "the one" I use it exclusively for a few weeks and go back to the Jazz III
IMO if you have been comfortable with a shape or type of plectrum for a while, (well at least more than 6 weeks), don't go changing now, you will open up a world of pain. Sharkfin white is a great plectrum the bumpy back end is great for getting pintched harmonics, the late John Mair used to only use Sharkfin ,AFAIK, he used the fin end for speed. If you are unhappy with the attack you could try using a slightly thicker Sharkfin, the blue ones I think? There are also a number of Sharkfin copycats that are thicker, even from Jim Dunlop , the nylon fin and the tortex fin
