Help! Inflames and redant read this!!

I need some opinions here,
Both lean and renier have contacted me about the gt10, so i need help solving this dilemma.
Lean asked about it and about shipping last week, but didn't give me a firm commitment at the time.
Redant made a firm offer to buy it this morning.
I was busy and didnt have time to update the classified post.
Now i see lean has made a firm offer.
So who gets first dibs?
Guys if your reading this please discuss. I dont want to act in a scumy way here so lets rather just talk through it.
