Any thoughts on this trem bridge.

I'm looking at this bridge for my project guitar. I'm basing my design on the Musicman Luke

First prize for me would be to be able to get the Musicman trem but I'll be happy with this Stewmac Gotoh alternative if is a good trem.

I haven't tried one, but they get good reviews. Vintage meets modern - basically a synchronised trem with lock down saddles. Stewmac only sell the version with the cast block though. If you want steel, you may have to look around.

Gotoh also do a version which is a standard vintage trem in every way but for the two stud mounting. That'll be closest to the Musicman.

I've got a Wilky VSV400P, which is very nice. Comfortable to play on.

I had a look at the vintage trem as well so it may well be a toss up between the two.
