Take it easy, and change the diet, most probably an Angina, stress/exitement coupled with narrowing of the arteries. I find that playing the blues calms me, my pals that cannot play the guitar just light up a joint and it seems to help.

Well we have made some small changes to my life style , eating alot more healthy , lot more exercise (an excuse to chase the children now) , and thinking happy thoughts .
Have had a check this morning , all is good . so just gotta behave myself now .
