Hi all, i got a strat that i wanted to use for parts for my guitar build and decided to practice my finishing on it. It was a plain white finish. Sanded it down and used normal spray paint i got from checkers ?. Sealed it off with clear wood varnish diluted with 50'% turpentine. (pics are before the varnishing)
Spray cans = R.35. Varnish = R15. total = 50 bucks.

although i like the way it looks, i doubt i would do this when i build my first guitar.
